By accessing or using Upclass Meet ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including API users and customers integrating our services into their platforms.

Upclass Meet provides a video conferencing platform that enables 1:1 video meetings through web browsers. The Service includes:

• Video and audio communication between participants
• Screen sharing capabilities
• In-meeting chat functionality
• REST API for programmatic meeting management

3. API Usage

If you use our API services, you agree to:

• Keep your API keys confidential and secure
• Not share API keys with unauthorized parties
• Not exceed reasonable usage limits
• Not use the API for any unlawful purposes
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your API key

We reserve the right to revoke API access for any violation of these terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Transmit any material that is harassing, defamatory, or threatening
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Record meetings without consent of all participants
• Use the Service for illegal surveillance or monitoring

5. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Pricing is based on a pay-as-you-go model at ₹25 per hour
• Accounts operate on a prepaid recharge model
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Upclass and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Upclass, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
